Return Policy

To ensure a return, items must remain unused and unassembled in their original packaging. We understand you'll want to assess your purchase by assembling it, but once assembled, it cannot be returned. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

Unused Items: Only items that have not been used and are in their original condition can be returned.

Assembled Items: Items that have been assembled by the customer or our assembly team are not eligible for a return or refund..

Custom Orders: Custom-ordered items cannot be returned or canceled.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us via phone at 1(855)448-8726 or email info@turbobeds.com. Remember, you will be responsible for any delivery charges associated with returning the item.

Processing Time: Upon receiving your return, please allow three to seven business days for processing. We will email you a confirmation once the return has been processed.

Refunds: If approved, a refund will be issued minus any applicable damage and/or restocking fee. All refunds will be provided through the original form of payment.

Exchanges: These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

For damage claims, remember that all packages are 100% insured. It is essential to submit any damage claims within 4 days of delivery. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out via the mentioned contact details. Once an order status shows as "Shipped," it cannot be canceled. Canceled orders will follow the standard return policy.
