How/When will my order ship?
Turbobeds will process and ship most in stock items from our facility within 2 business days of the order. The merchandise usually takes 3 to 10 business days to arrive to you by courier. We have established distribution relationships with national carriers and take every precaution to ensure prompt, reliable, undamaged delivery. When your order is picked up from our facility you are sent an email with tracking information. We encourage you to track your shipment through the courier’s website or phone. For most deliveries a representative from the shipping company will call you during transportation to arrange delivery. Sometimes freight carriers offer their own additional services at their discretion. Please contact us if anything seems unusual about the progress of your shipment..
The vast majority of our customers opt for Self Service Truck Delivery. This is a curbside delivery service; you will be responsible for bringing the boxes into your home. For one or two able bodied adults it should be no issue. We also offer assisted White Glove delivery in which the merchandise can be brought in and/or assembled for an additional charge. IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
1. Ask the driver to cut open the pallet straps & shrink wrap and then handle the boxes from the truck to the ground.
2. You will be asked to sign a form acknowledging receipt, before you sign it is important you check for damage. If there is any visible damage (crushing, breakage etc) indicate this on the form the courier will ask you to sign. Please do a cursory check and make sure there is no obvious visible damage to the merchandise. Don't worry if there is damage! We will resolve the situation- however you must notate the couriers paperwork.
3. Open freight immediately. If you find any damage take photos and email email@example.com. You are required to make a claim within 24 hours.
Note: If you are receiving at a commercial location and utilizing fork lift, inspect pallet before loading.
Tracking information will be emailed. You can also view your tracking information by signing in and navigating to “My Account” In the “Orders” section you will be able to view all orders and their status. Orders still being processed will not have tracking information. Orders that have shipped will have tracking information displayed.
Proper assembly is essential. For every product assembly manuals are available 24/7 online on your product's page. Check the "Description" or "Specifications" area for quick downloading. Some products have accompanying video instructions, which if available will also be on the product's page. Certain products require stud mounting or hanging and as such we strongly recommend you hire professional assembly persons. Please note that all Wall Beds have to be correctly stud mounted to ensure long term, safe, consistent operation. The product is marked back order?
Back order means that the product is not currently in stock. We do our best to stock adequate inventory at all times but it is impossible to predict the popularity of an item. For all back-ordered items, please allow 6-8 weeks for the product to be delivered. Back ordered items ship free! If part of your order is on back order but has been paid for the available merchandise will ship immediately and the back order will ship at no additional charge as soon as it comes in stock.
What are the dimensions and weight limits of the beds
Dimensions are shown on the product description page for each specific item. In regards to weight limits, the beds can support an adult up to 250 lbs, or a child jumping on the bed.
What ages are the beds recommended
Beds are appropriate for kids ages 3-15.
Do the beds fit a standard mattress?
Yes, most beds fit normal US sizes. Please double check your model.
Do the beds come with a mattress?
No. Any regular sheets will fit and we offer our themed duvet set for sale here. (LINK TO DUVET).

What materials are used in the products?
The materials used are product specific. However the main construction of our car beds is composed of durable, quality, eco-friendly thick cut (8-16mm) melamine chipboard. Certain accessories are made of ABS plastic and are injection molded and covered with a durable anti-UV overlay. Metal surfaces have unique coloring applied electrostatically. Textiles used are non-flammable. Paper and PVC stickers used. Varnished wood is painted with polyurethane base and decorative labels.
All products bear high safety and quality certification. Meeting or exceeding the most stringent European safety standards, designed with advanced technology and built with first rate materials all while keeping child safety and pleasure in mind.

What is the order delivery time and how do you ship?
Depending on order size we use Fedex, UPS or LTL freight service. Lead time from order to warehouse is fast and the biggest determinator in how long is where we are shipping to. See here for more information. There is also a shipping cost calculator in your cart! Registration not required.

Can I ship outside the US - what are the costs / customs?
Yes. Costs are determined on a case-by-case basis. To determine costs, please register, add the items you are interested in to the shopping cart and we will respond within 24 hours with available shipping options and costs.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase return the unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of the shipment date. Please note that you are fully responsible for any delivery charges incurred in shipping the item back. Upon reception please allow three to seven business days for processing. Two Year Factory warranty against manufacturing defects such as breakage, deformation or discoloration. Accessories have a one year warranty against manufacturing defects such as breakage, deformation or discoloration. Please read the instruction manual for proper cleaning and care procedures. The warranty does not cover breakage, deformation, discoloration, wear and tear due to improper use or cleaning.
